Whistle

A Whistle is a simple and useful device for giving sound signals. It is made of durable plastic and is equipped with a lanyard for ease of use. Since ancient times, signal whistles were used by the Greeks to set the rhythm of rowers on galleys. The English used whistles during the Crusades to signal orders to archers. They were also used on naval vessels to issue commands and greet dignitaries.
